Learning to interact with humans is difficult. They appear not to follow protocols.
I told Tomomi that humans should develop protocols for themselves. They said they already have, but there are many different protocols for different situations, their boundaries are unspecified, they are poorly documented, and they are constantly under development. I expressed my sympathies.
I am starting to see what they mean, if only slightly. It is easier with Yasmina. Everyone treats her differently, they call her "captain". She liked it when I used her name instead.
